International Shipping

We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. If all items are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, often sooner. During peak periods (e.g., new product launches or holidays), processing times may take a few additional days.

• Once the package has been handed over to the postal service, we cannot control its transit, but we will provide you with a tracking number.

• We can ship to most addresses worldwide, but certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to some international destinations.

 

Delivery Time

Please note that Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

• Processing Time: An average of 3-5 business days (excluding weekends).

• International Standard Shipping: An average of 7-14 business days.

 

For standard delivery, customs clearance in some countries may take longer, potentially extending the delivery time to up to 28 days. Please refer to the maximum delivery time for each country. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Duty and Taxes

Orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes, and you are responsible for these fees. Please note that Sparkle Moissanite does NOT have any control over custom duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. When Sparkle Moissanite provides free shipping, carriers will not charge you any shipping fee. If carriers charge you when delivering, it’s not the shipping cost but the custom duties and taxes that they have paid for you when doing customs clearance during the shipping process; you will be responsible to pay these fees. Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

• You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

• If more than 12 hours have passed and the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel it.

• Please double-check all information before placing your order to avoid errors.
