Return Policy
As long as the product is undamaged by human causes, you may request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If the request exceeds 30 days, we will not be able to process the refund.

If the item is returned to the wrong address (including directly returning it to the shipment origin without contacting us), we cannot issue a refund.

Refund Process
